Archer Hotel Florham Park Morristown

It’s unfortunate to give such a low rating, because the hotel at first glance very pretty. The problem is that, the rooms are very musty and humid. I had to switch rooms 4 times to find one I could tolerate. The bathroom has LVP (luxury Vinyl), which people have the misconception that it is water proof. I can assure you that it’s not. If water gets under the planks it has no where to go and wallah you have mold. I am extremely sensitive to mold and other toxins. Beautiful hotel, poorly designed. The two stars could have been 5 if I did not have a reaction in the hotel. The staff was very accommodating, and they get all the stars

This particular location is right across the street from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and is conveniently located to both the highway, an airport, and the local towns. It is spacious and appealing. The rooms have wonderful amenities, and the staff is more than welcoming. When I visit my relatives, I stay here. It's becoming my home away from home. The food is delicious, especially the breakfast items they offer. If I want a late night snack, and do not wish to drive to find someplace open at 1:00 a.m., I can always go down to the front desk, where the main lobby has many snack items, including those that can be prepared in the guest rooms. Even crowded, parking is rather good in their lot. The place is always abuzz with corporate meetings and weddings, but it somehow manages to hold on to a cozy, intimate vibe. I will absolutely be coming back. Should you? Yes!

I booked this hotel for two nights in April 2025 based on online reviews and was very pleased with both the property and the customer service interactions and associates I had. We arrived late on Friday night and were greeted by Eboné who provided outstanding and professional customer service. She helped us book an additional room (as there were some available) for our three generation travel party and was kind enough to get us all on the same floor. She was so friendly and welcoming throughout our stay and said hello at each interaction in the lobby area over the next couple days of our stay. The rooms were very clean, well-appointed and maintained. The beds were comfortable. The blackout curtains work well. The housekeeping staff does a terrific job. And somehow, I noted the sheets smelled so good, like not the standard commercial hotel linen smell. Our breakfast and coffee downstairs hosted by Amira and another team member offered good variety, fresh and hot food. It was nicely presented and my mocha on both mornings was perfect- chef's kiss. We enjoyed our stay at this property and really appreciated the whole team who made the beautiful hotel extra special. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone considering this property.

We loved the pillows the staff was Fantastic very polite and helpful the bar staff and breakfast staff were very nice and friendly, we loved the pool and we loved the fitness center , the restaurant food was delicious the were fast and delicious, we both loved sitting by the fireplace.

We had a very nice stay at Archer Hotel. Super clean and staff were very friendly. I would recommend staying here. Only downfall was really the breakfast. It was $17 and not very good. Was very bummed there were no other options. We had to be somewhere early both mornings so this was our only option. The ala carte menu was not available on the weekends. Also the service at the bar was slow but the drinks were great. If the breakfast was either less expensive or had some different options would have been a perfect stay!
