We stay at this hotel several times per year. It is always clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly. The lounge for Marriott Bonvoy members is excellent. It is in a great location close to restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel without reservation.

This hotel was the location for our company holiday party. My room was reserved on Oct 18th for Dec 7th. I received an email on Dec 6th, letting me know that I can check in online and I did so. I arrived the next day at 3:45PM, to check in to my king deluxe room. I was told that my room was not available, that only standard king and double queens were available and was asked if that would be ok. I said "no". I would like the room that I reserved and paid for. Apparently, that was not appropriate because after going back and forth with the employee (and expressing my frustration), I was told that I could take the Manager's business card and find them tomorrow so that they could help me. Again, I expressed that this didn't seem ok, that I had booked this room 2 months in advanced, was here for a company holiday party and was then told that if I continued to express my frustration, they could just go ahead and cancel my reservation altogether. How's that for Customer service... especially when I'm supposedly a "Preferred Guest". I wasn't offered any type of compensation (a voucher for dinner or breakfast would have been nice) or, maybe even taking my information so that Management can FIND ME to resolve this issue. Also, please see pics of the unclean bathroom at this supposedly higher end hotel... If you want to be treated like an appreciated "preferred" guest, I suggest you stay elsewhere. Side note: one of my co-workers went to enter her room and there was already someone in it. She was offered a key to the vip lounge (or whatever they call it) and did get free breakfast. So, there is at least one employee there who knows what customer service is about.

My wife and I had a three night stay here in late September and found it to be a fiarly pleasant experience. There is a huge car park and the hotel itself is very big and imposing from the outside. We were checked in by a very helpful young man, who was clearly very proud of the newly renovated parts of the hotel, and was keen to tell us about all of the facilities on offer. We were allocated a nice upgraded room on the 4th floor of 6, which featured the usual Sheraton trimmings and was clean, comfortable and quite. The only thing it lacked (apart from a bath) was a safe. It is the second 'newly renovated room' we had stayed in on the trip without one, so maybe this is a new Bonvoy policy ? The exec lounge is on the ground floor and offered a very nice selection of afternoon snacks / drinks and a comfortable space to relax in. There was no evening food / drink offering though, which is another new one for us at full service Sheratons. Each morning we had breakfast in the lounge which was 'okay'. The problem seemed to be that the young lady charged with keeping it topped up and serviced also had to run a quite busy coffee bar / cafe in the lobby and the poor girl was run off her feet - consequently breakfast wasn't really up to Sheraton lounge standards. All in all we were happy with the stay, the staff we encountered were very helpful and keen - there probably just weren't enough of them; and the hotel didn't seem very busy either. The drop in food / drink standards in the lounge seems typical of the post covid hotel malaise with increased prices, and decreased services - hopefully that will recover, but I wouldn't bet on it. The big chains seem happy to charge the big bucks without giving the soft product to justify them.

This review is specifically about my daughter's reception event I did at Sheraton Nashua. I recommend all Indians and those thinking outside catering; this is the worst hotel to have an event in. They have so many restrictions for outside catering and treat Indians like second-class citizens. They don't know how to run a business/event. The whole event will get spoiled. I gave a warning without putting a lot of details here.

My mom and I decided to stay here in April for one night it was recently renovated, very cool electronics, there was this round table in the corner of the room and it had a really cool lighting system attached to it and it the middle of the table there was this interesting switch, it was late in the evening when we arrived so I didnāt spend much time analyzing everything, but I was really impressed by the quality of the room!
