I’m very picky and I would definitely make a return trip. The good- bed is comfy, bathrooms are spacious, hotel is quiet and clean, and parking is easy and free. The not so good- There are no extra pillows or blankets in the room, the location isn’t the greatest (expect traffic and some honking from BJs gas station across the street), TV is outdated, and the restaurant hotel advertising is misleading. This is not a romantic spot. Our dinner table overlooked the waffle machine. However, the food was good.

Wonderful and very accommodating staff throughout. It’s an older building, evident by the creaky meandering hallways and severe lack of outlets in the room. Very clean with bright white thick towels and bright white fluffy pillows and bedding. Nice to have microwave, fridge, & coffeemaker with accoutrements.

Friendly greeting they I was staying for my daughter‘s wedding that was at the venue close by we got ready there in the morning. It was awesome, clean and accommodating. several of our guest stayed and everybody had nice experience. My son-in-law‘s family didn’t ask for late checkout and and got kicked out of the room which made my daughter and my son-in-law get out of their room early we had late checkout housekeeping came 3×1 time trying to get in the room and another time saying they didn’t have any idea we had late checkout, but otherwise the experience was great. I would recommend this hotel for anybody who needs to stay.

Excellent value for an excellent hotel. Spa, room service, spacious rooms with comfortable beds and linens. Spotless large bathroom with extra towels. Easy parking! Restaurant was delicious and we did room service and the food was HOT! The menu was priced well and their burger was 1/2 of a bother 4 star hotel in area. We requested extra pillows and they were delivered immediately. Very satisfied guest!

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, the experience was far from what I expected. First, there was no hot water late at night, which was incredibly inconvenient. After a long day, I was looking forward to a warm shower, but that was impossible. Second, I needed a dental kit since I forgot my toothbrush at home. When I called the front desk, instead of offering room service, they told me to come downstairs and get it myself. To make it worse, the toothbrush provided was of very cheap quality, barely usable. The shower tap was loose and kept sliding left and right, making it difficult to use. On top of that, I had to turn the tap on full force just to stop the water from constantly dripping, which was frustrating. In the morning, I requested room cleaning at the front desk, expecting to return to a refreshed room. However, when I came back later in the day, nothing had been touched. Nobody came to clean the room despite my request. Another huge issue was the constant noise from the heating system. Every five minutes, there was a loud sound that made it hard to sleep peacefully. The parking situation was just as bad. One night, I waited for a hotel parking spot for 50 minutes but ended up parking on the street. This was a major inconvenience, especially since I expected proper parking for guests. Finally, there were no snacks in the room, yet the hotel took a $50 deposit for them. It felt like an unnecessary charge for something they didn’t even provide. This hotel was such a disappointment that I had to find another place to stay. I would not recommend it to anyone unless they seriously improve their facilities and customer service.
