Great experience awesome people lots to do great place to go w family and couples good views very cold quality time to see the falls and eat good food 😀 this is definitely a would go again I stayed overnight great prices swell and everything was good in the morning

I had a very good experience at this hotel. I had a couple of special requests when checking in, and the hosts at the front desk were very pleasant and accommodating (as they were throughout my stay). The room was very clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable and the shower and the bathroom in general was very nice. Towels were plentiful and thick. The room was equipped with hideaway microwave and mini fridge and a small coffee maker with fixings for coffee or tea. The only problem I encountered was the TV remote would not turn the TV on or off. I called the front desk and within 20 minutes I had a new remote delivered to my door. The breakfast buffet was more than enough for my needs and most people would find something to their taste. The lobby has a sitting area with couches, chairs and a gas fireplace, and was used as a gathering spot by several groups staying at the hotel. In short, I will certainly stay there again when in the area.

Hotel has been a bit disappointing since bought out by Choice. Nothing bad, just not as special. It was decent and clean, fairly quiet, and had adequate breakfast with standard fare but nothing special like I remember it. Bed was comfortable.

Stayed there for 4 nights 5 days. Room was never cleaned, or towels changed out and garbage plus toilet paper when asked. Spoke to the General Manager Evan and he was very unprofessional and condescending to say the least. I paid almost $300. a night (with tax). Please if staying more than overnight - LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Super clean, cozy and breakfast was great. Beds were comfortable, the bathrooms great, fantastic coffee and pleasant staff. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. We especially loved the outdoor fireplace. Close to highmark stadium. Pool was great also.
