Location and staff was great Room 108 was in very poor condition Too short curtain rod on shower made bathroom a skating rink and the floor in bathroom was broken and gross needed tile grout was filthy - I sprayed it down before I would use it and still wasn’t happy more Like Campground than hotel The breakfast was very nice and staff was very friendly

The desk chair was a regular padded chair that had multiple stains on it (I was not about to sit on that). I had to do my work from the bed in a very uncomfortable position. All of the other hotels I've ever stayed at has modern ergonomic rolling chairs. The picture is a bit bright. There are more stains than what the picture shows. The tv is placed way too high (it was on top of the wardrobe closet. The hallways and carpet are very dated and looks old. The only good part of the room was that the bed was very comfortable to sleep in.

I refer to this hotel as the dog kennel. In all my life (and I'm old) I had never seen so many dogs at a hotel. No way would I stay there with a child, the room floors are filthy from pet urine. The air conditioner reeked of pet odor so badly that we kept the unit off and slept with the window open in addition to venting the room through the bathroom vent fan. AND I PAID $216 PER NIGHT FOR THAT!! If you're considering this hotel, think strongly against it. The short drive to Olean, NY will be worth it.

Our stay at this Microtel was great. Very clean, along with professional and courteous staff. Breakfast being offered is always a plus.
