Adirondack Efficiencies Watertown

Owner objected to my service dogs and told me to "get the f*** off his property and called them police. He accused me of breaking the window screen that fell off by itself and to satisfy the police I had to pay an additional $30 for allegedly breaking the screen. I never stayed at a motel that had such an unbelievably rude and foul mouthed owner Mr. Patel. The police said that they are there several times a week with problems. Do Not stay here under any circumstances.

Updated Review: First off. House keeping? Good. Beds? Hard as rocks. Pillows? Flat. Pool? Cold (nearly passed out). Additionals? Lacking. Other employees? Ok. Ownership? Terrible. Owner didn't take previous review with a grain of salt, and decides to contact my mother and complain to her. First off, the whole "what if i called him (me) a druggie?" thing does not work compared to my review. Mine is first amendment protected, and yours is slanderous defamation. Also highly derogatory. Also attempted to say we ordered smoking rooms, to which our receipt clearly says otherwise (we even sent a picture to you). We don't smoke (never have). We were locked out of our rooms due to your system failing to which you blamed our phones for doing apparently? Idk how my phone could mess up your cards when i have them in 2 separate pockets. I'd give it a 2 star bc the staff is generally nice, but your management is so profoundly horrid that I cannot even consider more than a 1. We won't be back here, good riddance, and quite frankly no response is going to fix it. Don't bother. Thanks for introducing Ohioans to the worst New York experience we've ever had.

My family and I spent 2 nights here. The accommodations were basic and it had a kitchen in the room which was a plus f us. The pool was out of order due the heating needing repairs. The bathroom sink did not have hot water but the tub and shower worked fine. We would stay here again if needed

Horrible experience! Not only were the buildings unlocked to the public but the room was dirty and staff were not wearing masks! They only refunded me for 1 night even though I immediately checked out for safety and health concerns!

Due to our original hotel overbooking, the ONLY hotel was this. Um, it was in a dark lit parking lot, the bed was ok, pillows were flat and could not get more. The floor could have used a shampoo and the furniture a dusting. Our tv didn't work but holy hell, the water was hot and the shower worked but we only had one towel. The kitchen adjoined another room with a bolt, it was loud and I swear a party hotel. Didnt get ANY sleep. I would not reccomend this place at all.
