Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Warsaw

I organized a group trip for 11 of us older ladies to hike the trails at Letchworth State Park and needed to get a hotel close and fairly inexpensive. This was a great choice; it’s very clean, the free breakfast was great ( excellent waffles), and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were a good size with a nice window seat that added more storage.

Excellent hotel, clean, well maintained and everyone is polite and helpful. We were truly welcomed here. The rooms are very cozy and very very clean. Common area is spacious with various options (armchairs, sofa, long family table, breakfast tables etc)

Very clean, excellent service and a good breakfast in the morning. Only complaint is the bed/pillows (smaller size) were not very comfy. Stayed here before a bills game and would absolutely stay again considering the value and location of the hotel.

I completed my prearrival check-in on 9/9/2024, and hotel approved my request for a quiet room. However, significant noise disturbances were coming from the room next to mine (201), room number 203. The television volume from their room is extremely loud, particularly during the late evening hours, preventing my wife and me from getting a peaceful sleep. At mid night 12:30 am, I called the front desk, Brooke came up to knock the door of room 203, but nobody opened the door. At 2:30am, I finally went down to the desk in my complain, Brooke came up again to knock the door 203, but still nobody opened the door, Brooke said construction worker lived inside. Around 3:00am, Brooke help changed to room 211. But due to the disturbance, we couldn’t sleep anymore. The next morning, when I checked out, the front desk said construction worker in room 203 always did that. I filed a complaint for money back, the Hotel responded my Case# 08227146 has been resolved. I asked what was the resolution, Hotel never responded.

Excellent room, facilities, breakfast and services. An amazing experience. The decor is simple but beautiful. And the gym is an extra detail that makes it all the better. Staff were incredibly nice and understanding. Would definitely recommend to those travelling alone, with friends, or family.
