Do NOT recommend. My children and I attempted to stay at this Best Western after driving 4 hours at night. We had a reservation and arrived shortly before 10 PM. When we arrived there was no one in the front lobby to check us in. We waited for over 25 min before someone finally showed up. They didnât even attempt to apologize for us waiting - to be honest, I donât even know if they knew we were waiting. I used the lobby house phone multiple times to ring the desk. I called the actual hotel phone number too. The person made some comment about others in the hotel but there was no other employee to be found. The person that made the reservation for me was on the phone with corporate who was none too pleased by this situation. While I was waiting I was able to get a reservation at a much nicer hotel across the street. The hotel itself - the lobby was nice enough - it had looked remodeled. But that is about where the nice-ness ends. When I was walking around trying to find someone, I walked down a hallway - rooms on one side, and floor to ceiling windows on the other. The windows/floor clearly has an issue because due to the snow, the hallway carpet was soaking wet. Additionally, the hallway was freezing. I canât imagine the mold that has to be growing there. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Clerk would NOT refund our credit charge payment! We were there less than 45 minutes! The hotel was not accessible to a wheelchair family member! We needed to go and find a different hotel for accessibility! WE LEFT TO FIND A BETTER HOTEL ALL THE WAY AROUND!

A friend and I had a conference to attend and stayed one night at the hotel as it was pretty close to where we had to go. The hotels in the area were expensive, $200-$300 or more. I did feel this hotel was pricey as well, close to $200 with tax. I was told it was the weekend. The room was clean, though there were some cobwebs in the cracks of the bathroom door, and the bed was comfortable. The room was dated and the doors to enter the hallway from the parking lot to get to our room had no locks so anyone could enter. The door had a lock and a chain lock which I hadn't seen in years. The breakfast was very good with a variety of food...scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, yogurt, etc. The front desk clerk was very kind and courteous. I would stay here again.

This property is in very poor condition and in urgent need of an upgrade. It is on par with an average Motel. Very expensive for what is offered. Room very dark and dingy. Had an odor. Door was jammed and had to be forced open. Everything seemed very old and unloved. Consider staying somewhere else.

****DO NOT STAY HERE**** 1. At checkin the front desk woman was incredibly rude from the second I walked in. She finally asked me in an accusatory manner if I was sick (I am still masking). Once I assured her I was not, she warmed slightly but not much. 2. My room was in a building off to the side and it wasnât very well lit. The door to get inside was only working intermittently with the room keys. It wasnât just mine- the desk lady warned me at checkin that people had been reporting problems and I might have to go around to the back door (which was even more secluded). 3. The room was filthy top to bottom. 4. Around 3:30 am, a man started banging on my door while simultaneously trying to get in with a key. I had to yell through the door twice that he had the wrong room, and he finally moved on. I didnât sleep any more after that. 5. At checkout, the (different) desk woman was not any better than the previous night. She had to be called in by a maid and I still had to wait several minutes for her to arrive. She never asked how my stay was, and could hardly complete the checkout process due to complaining to a male coworker about how she was so stressed out at having to make breakfast and manage the front desk at the same time. They commiserated that someone should be hired just to do breakfast.
