The room was in superior condition and was comfortably spacious. Also, the housekeeping staff accommodated me quite promptly when I requested additional towels. Further, upon checkout the very courteous front desk clerk ensured that my stay was excellent and welcomed me back in the future when travelling in the area.

We were traveling to New Hampshire and had no hotels booked along the way. We decided to stop in Troy and were able to book this Best Western. I was very pleasantly surprised. It was extremely clean and the location was perfect for our needs. The bed and pillows were so comfortable.

Convenient location in Troy. Close to the downtown area, bars and restaurants. Helpful and friendly hotel staff. Free parking. Clean and comfortable room. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Fairly compact room. Not much lobby area.

Excellent value for the price. Clean, great amenities and very helpful and courteous staff. Very good breakfast especially the push button, fresh pancakes. ……….. good breakfast and lounging area. Lots of activities and events in the surrounding area
