Hilton Garden Inn Roslyn

I booked a room for a wedding under a wedding block of room at the block rate and got a confirmation email with the room rate. Upon arrival to the hotel, I was told I did not have a reservation under my name. After several minutes, it was found that my room was given to another member of the group however, my name was still not listed as having a reservation. After giving my confirmation code several times, they finally gave me room under the other group members name who my reservation was given to. Upon check out, I received an email with the correct charge for my room. After checking my card, i was charged $300 dollars more than the bill. I called and talked to someone on the phone and was advised I got the hilton honors charge but did not get the block rate. I was told to email the front desk manager. I emailed the front desk manager and have yet to get a return email. I called the front desk manager and was told he was in a meeting and my name and number were taken and have yet to receive a call back. I have no idea why the person at the front desk would change anything involving other peoples reservations. I do not recommend this hotel and as they are NOT quick to resolve any major issues.

Loved our stay. We have only great things to say about the hotel, the service and the staff. Highly recommended. The one bedroom suite was huge - beds were very comfortable and the service was impeccable. We will be returning very soon. The staff at the bar and dining room downstairs was perfect also.

I stayed at the HGI Roslyn for my wedding and booked a hotel block there. Samantha was super helpful and responsive throughout the whole process, and the wedding weekend was seamless. We held a welcome reception at the lobby bar the night before, and it was the perfect space to host our guests. I would definitely recommend HGI Roslyn for your wedding needs!

This is our go-to hotel for when visiting family in the area. The facility is terrific and the staff even better. One of the reasons we select this hotel is because of the pool/spa/fitness center. On this trip, the spa heater was broken and the temp was 87F. That was certainly a let down on Christmas morning. Overall a great trip but I think we should get some sort of point credit for broken spa. We stayed Christmas Eve for one night, room 107 HH#1546744838.

This is a very solid hotel. Modern, well kept, nice amenties, good staff, nice rooms. Looks brand new. We were here for a wedding overnight, the bed was very comfy. The AC was a little loud and not great at keeping the room temps where we wanted it. Next morning we had the Ultimate Brunch with the wedding party and it was delicious and great table service. We can recommend this hotel.
