La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Niagara Falls

I believe the girl who checked me in, long black hair, Indian or Muslim, is involved in a theft scheme. She told me I needed to make a security deposit of $150. They bounced a 384 charge 2x on my credit card. I gave her my bankcard and a $150 security deposit and illegal $384 charge showed up from LaQuinta. I complained to a night manager, who said it was a glitch and he'd fix it. The next day another $384 showed up. I complained to an African American woman, thin, long hair who worked the desk who said: "I didn't do it" and "It's not my problem" when it's her job to take ownership of guest issues. She lied, claimed me mentioning my service background and demanding respect was a threat. Just a Bad place to go, full of possibly racist thieves and lazy workers who know guests are being stolen from possibly. They still owe me $150 and $384. Don't buy the spoiled racist hotel owners daughters any more shoes. Stay somewhere where they don't steal.

This is a very nice, clean hotel, at a great price! Friendly Staff. Convenient location. Near the Lewiston Bridge, shopping centers, grocery stores, Mall, and many restaurants near by. Late check in hours and free breakfast! We really enjoyed our stay!

The Hotel very good and clean and the price is affordable. Our stay was pleasant and comfortable for families. The location is very close to so many shopping malls and varieties of entertainments around the city. The breakfast was standard and needs improvements.

Dirty hotel. Key locks broken. So so breakfast, it was basic breakfast.Pool was dirty. Hallways smelled terrible. No cleaning staff on duty. It was close to shopping was the only decent thing. Will never stay here again. Could have been better if hotel was managed better

Upon check in, it would have been nice to know that we had to REQUEST towels, garbage changing, beds made and general cleaning for the following day. UNLESS you ask them to put your name on a list NOTHING IS DONE. While away it's nice to have these things done for you....well NOT here! The pool looked dirty and outdated as well. The carpets in the hallways were old and looked liked they've never seen a vacuum. Disappointed. We will never be back.
