The Bowery Hotel

If you loved The Gramercy then you will love The Bowery. IYKYK! This intimate hotel on the west side is a perfect place to stay while in the city - Intimate, elegant, classy - a total vibe. The service and amenities are five star as is the food from Gemma. The room is well appointed and the bathtubs are glorious. I would recommend staying here anytime you’re in New York.

Enjoy a quietly cool experience at the Bowery Hotel in NYC. Old world decor with a very hip twist, this place is great for lodging, meeting and eating. Surrounded by boutiques and galleries, the Bowery Hotel is a splendid neighborhood fixture. The staff is first class, the accommodations are great, and the vibe is worth the stay alone.

The Bowery is hands down one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Everything from check-in to check-out was incredible. When we arrived at our room, we were pleasantly surprised by a bottle of champagne on ice and a sweet note from the staff. It was the a touch that started our NYC trip on a fun note. The atmosphere in the lobby is such a cool vibe. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. We cannot wait to stay here again!

This is a charming hotel located in lower Manhattan. Our room was fairly large, absolutely spotless and very comfortable and the staff could not have been nicer. The people at the front desk were so pleasant and able to answer our questions and provide recommendations for local places to eat and visit.

I had an AMAZING time at The Bowery! All I wanted for my 50th birthday was to see as many of my loved ones as possible over the weekend I was celebrating in New York, and the hotel really came through by allowing me space and time to meet with my various dear ones in their perfect lobby. As a lifelong New Yorker who moved to Kansas a couple of years ago, it was really meaningful to stay in my old neighborhood and to look out my room's big beautiful windows (even from the bathtub!) and see so many places that have been so important to me. Just to soak up the East Village again in every pore. I want to especially recognize the lobby staff who helped create space for my friends and I on a busy Saturday night when we all returned there together after a show and wanted food and drinks. They shuffled folks around and made space out of no space and saved the day. It was also a beautiful surprise to find sparkling wine in the room and a lovely "Happy Birthday" note when we arrived. Our whole stay made me feel so special and fancy :)
