Jorge at the bar was fanstastic! Very kind and fun to talk to and made some great drinks. He also made an amazing, fresh Arnold Palmer for my nephew. Two downsides of the hotel is that breakfast can get crazy chaotic and the elevators far too busy. Small space and far too many people. The line for the coffee machine can get very long and the machine broke down twice in the morning (2 days in a row). I ended up just getting coffee from the dispenser on the side. It took me a day to realize I could get hot water from the filtered water machine as well, so at least I had hot tea. For the elevators, same thing, I had to let 2 go, since the lift was cramped and I couldn’t even fit in by myself without luggage. It took about 10 min to get on the lift on the morning. Tip: get there early for breakfast, around 7:30am, certainly no later than 8am. You can get a seat, it’s not crowded at all. Way better experience. On the plus side, the rooms are large for NY. There’s a microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, pots and pans, but no cooking plate though so not sure why there’s pots and pans with no way to use them. They might have a hot plate at the front desk, but we didn’t ask. Location is also fantastic.

I cannot thank Jane enough for saving our Easter trip! Her service was incredible! She fixed our messed up reservation (our fault) and fit us in. She was able to get two rooms together for our family and was so calming and patient. Traveling with an elderly parent can be extremely stressful and Jane went out of her way for us!

Review of Breakfast- Food was kept well stocked. Individual clearing the tables was efficient; however, someone needs to come by and wipe down the tables. Scrambled eggs and egg whites. Breakfast burritos. Sausage patties (greasy but of course they are…). Fresh fruit. Did not venture around to two other sides. Looking forward to trying other items on those sides tomorrow.

Jorge makes the absolute best Old Fashioned. Can't wait to try the Manhattan next time I am in town. Hotel is very convenient to downtown. Very secure and clean. Gym is very well equipped. Kitchen is fantastic. This is my new favorite place downtown.

Manager was a hater but the bartender was the best Ever !!!!! He made the best drinks and was super friendly but anyway thank you for everything and at this point i am just filling the report out and filling characters up but yeah love to all dont hate love bad woman and live the best live you can and love everyone
