Second time at the Shoreham to checkout NYC and it is the PERFECT hotel to see the city. Location is everything! Anna at the front desk was again amazing help and we loved that we got to work with her again! She had great recommendations and made us feel so welcome! Hoping to make this a yearly trip!

Came into the city for a doctor's appointment and to see friends (lived there for almost 40 years). Did not need anything fancy, Shoreham was just perfect. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was nice. Small bathroom but great shower. Very quiet, but I was on the inside. Comfortable bed and pillows, AC with thermostat (a must for me). Very clean. Gym was nice too.

Excellent location for those attending a conference at the midtown Hilton. The rooms are clean and modern. Like a lot of NYC hotels, rooms can be on the smaller size. The suites have a nice living/office room and are a solid upgrade. Shoutout to the front desk manager, Flor, for providing excellent customer service and an easy and professional check-in.
