The Peninsula New York

Fantastic stay as always. We once again stayed at the Peninsula for our son's birthday over Christmas. Of all the luxe hotels we have stayed in in Manhattan for staycations, the Peninsula consistently has the most outstanding service and we have very high standards all of which were not only met but exceeded. We have stayed here over a dozen times in the past three years alone. We can't wait for our next stay as we plan to return again soon. What is particularly great about the hotel is that it is perfect for a romantic getaway, or a family vacation or business, catering to all three types of clients with excellence. While a stay there is fabulous it is particularly wonderful to stay there during Christmas, Easter and Chinese New Year, as they make the hotel even more magical during for the holidays. The location is the best. It was a winter wonderland. We loved the Victorian carolers, the sweet shoppe, and Santa visits. Decorations were divine. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful spa pool, breakfast and Christmas eve dinner at Clement . The staff and management are elegant, joyous detailed oriented lovely people taking every opportunity to make our stay special. We wish to particularly thank the spectacular manager and wonderful team, including Felice and Gabriel and Mario at Clement. Housekeeping does a spectacular job and the hotel was immaculate as always. Thank you for making another Christmas so wonderful for our son. The Peninsula is a place for great memories.

5 min walk from Central Park and lots of good restaurants and a short ride to many sites. Great room with a view. Concierge, Housecleaning, and rest super friendly. Booked via Amex. Stayed 3 nights - couples get-away for theater, food and sightseeing. The Hi-Line is a great afternoon outside if the weather is nice. Very highly recommended!

We’ve stayed here a couple other times and again it does not disappoint. The rooms are so comfortable and clean. The service is 5 star and the roof top patio has amazing staff and views! Thank you to Sal for spoiling us! The location is perfect as well and easily accessible to broadway shows and shoppping!

For the amount spent, you'd think I could at least get coffee at 11:30am but the restaurant was putting it away and stated I'd have to pay. I know this is nit-picking but the experience was very middle of the road for the luxury label. Pool area nice but actual water was too cool to enjoy. Rooms were comfortable but just okay.

Decided to give the Peninsula NYC a try after reading that their rooms have been updated and for my stay they were offering very competitive pricing. Did not regret this decision. Location is unbeatable, service excellent, the rooms nicely updated, comfortable and immaculate. An upscale experience. Would definitely recommend and we will be staying there again for our next two upcoming trip to NYC.
