The B E S T: customer service at the front desk, the mattress, the linens (specifically love that they still use duvet covers instead of multiple flat sheets for everything), the pillows, all of the amazing amenities in the room, housekeeping, literally everything was perfect (and when it comes to hotels, I am very difficult to please)! We greatly appreciate that our room was facing the atrium as we felt like we were in a sensory deprivation tank at night! Service in the restaurant and the bars was absolutely on-point, kind and lovely! The location is epic, thereโs a subway stop literally 20 feet from the front door. I never stay north of 30th St., too loud, too busy to touristy. The upper west and east side is two residential. Pro tip always stay south of 30th St. and north of 14th street unless youโre staying in Tribeca. Iโve stayed at lots of hotels in New York City, including the likes of the Greenwich Hotel, and The NedNomad is by F A R my absolute favorite!! Sending you a big, solid-gold, thank you. xx

Booked two rooms for a family visit with my wife and two adult kids. One of the rooms had a horrible sewage smell. The hotel was not able to resolve it on the first evening or move us to another room. It was resolved the next morning. No offer to compensate in any way - even buy us a drink or something. Kind of ruined the stay. Totally unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. We wont be back.

We stayed at this hotel twice, in December 2025 and back again in January 2025. What a fantastic hotel in a great location. Rooms were a good size for New York, stylishly detailed and well appointed. Beds are really comfy and different pillows on request. Plethora of bathroom products, thankyou! The hotel itself is very cool, from the seriously great artwork, the library, the Atrium with live music most nights, the Roof Top bar, and Little Ned. But what really makes a hotel is the staff. From the moment I began making enquiries with them about booking the hotel and other activities, they could not have been more helpful, despite very different time zones! During our stay they could not have done more and nothing was too hard for them. Thank you for a wonderful New York stay!

What a great hotel! I will be staying here again. NYC hotels tend to be tiny. This was a pretty decent size room. From the time I booked the room, they were always making sure I had everything I needed. You have to use the room key to use the elevator so I felt very safe the whole time. The decor is very nice. Kind of swanky/1920's vibe. Attention to detail is amazing. Such charm throughout the hotel. They have amazing bars and a restaurant. There is 24 hour room service. They emailed before I came to see if their concierge could help me with anything. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. Great location to lots of subways and walking distance to lots of great places. I really never heard any of the street noise. I don't know if it's just because of where my room was but it was very quiet. They do provide turn down service although I told them I didn't need that. I can't say enough great stuff about this hotel. TV had lots of channels provided. They gave 2 bottles of water free per day. There was liquor and other drinks and snacks available to purchase in the room. I've never stayed anywhere that had so many toiletries provided. There were full bottles of 2 kinds of shampoos, a shampoo/conditioner combo, a conditioner, 3 kinds of body washes, body scrub, hand soap, hand lotion, and body lotion. Not the small crappy bottles. This was a nice brand and all full sizes. They also provided an umbrella, charger, plug adaptor, flat iron, blow dryer, robes, slippers, lint roller, and and iron/. In the bathroom there was also QTips, cotton pads, dental kit, nail file, condoms, shower cap, razor, deodorant, tampons, comb, and ear plugs. There are cheaper hotels but this is by far worth the money in my opinion.

**Strongly Not Recommended.** This hotel is overpriced, lacks proper cleaning, and is extremely inhumane. I stayed here for 5 nights, paying $760 per night, totaling $3,800. (On top of that, based on my recommendation, my companion stayed for 4 nights, paying $2,300. Altogether, we spent $6,000 on this hotel!) 1. Upon arrival, there was no staff to help move our luggage, so I had to carry it myself. (Is this really a 5-star hotel??? ๐คญ) 2. During my 5-night stay, the room was not cleaned properly each day and remained dirty. At one point, they even left used plastic bags behind (as shown in the pictures ๐), and the hairdryer, shampoo, and other amenities were left completely unorganized. 3. The noise from the surroundings was extremely loud, and the room had poor soundproofing. I could hear conversations from the adjacent rooms, and at one point, I smelled something like marijuana smoke coming from another room. 4. No access to Netflix, YouTube, or other streaming services, and the facilities were outdated. 5. โ๏ธ The staff were unfriendly and rude. After checkout, while waiting for a taxi in the lobby, I wasnโt feeling well due to a cold, so I closed my eyes for a moment. A staff member came over and told me I wasnโt allowed to sleep there. Later, while resting my head on my knees because of a headache, another staff member told me to lift my head. ๐ฑ The lobby was small, and the facilities didnโt even resemble those of a 5-star hotel. The service was also at its lowest. I've stayed at hotels from the Ned Hotel and Soho House groups in London, and the quality here is nowhere near comparable. The location is extremely touristy, lacking any hip atmosphere, noisy, and predictable. The cleaning, service, and room quality were all deeply unsatisfactory. I strongly advise against staying hereโsave your money.
