Great hotel with great views of the Empire State Building. More affordable than some others with similar qualities too. Has a nice and calm pool. Has spa and a turkish bath! Overall it was a pretty nice place, but what made me really love it was how kind the people were. Especially Mayerly. She helped me A LOT with this plan i had. She deserves 5 thousand starsđ„ł

Our New York visit was excellent from the start, thanks to The Marmara-Park Avenue manager Ege and their staff. Our residence felt like a home away from home. The location of the hotel is excellent as well, so many shops, restaurants and subway line 6 entrance is on the same block.

I come to the Marmara every 3 months for work. The staff (especially Mayerly) are friendly & helpful. The rooms are cozy. Amazing views from the balcony rooms. The fitness center/pool are small but efficient. Just avoid rooms near elevator due to a lingering sound at night. I asked staff to kindly move me and they were very polite. The breakfast is amazing and highly recommended!

The bed was the best, got the best sleep, food was good, really good house keeping. Everyone working here was really nice and kind to me. Everything was kept clean and tidy, the rooms not too cold or hot. Everything was perfect, would go here again.
