Friendliest and best front desk and bell desk team in the business. I’ve stayed here since 2006 and always loved it. Perfect location on the edge of the Meatpacking District. Easy access both updown and downtown. Loads of grest food options on the doorstep, included TAO downstairs 👊

We love everything about the Maritime. It is a very comfortable place to stay. The lobby invites you to spend time reading or talking to friends. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the continental breakfast is excellent, and the rooms, while on the small size, are efficiently designed and comfortable. And you can’t beat the location - close to great food, walks on the Highline and along the river. We have stayed here so often we view it as a home away from home.

My teenage son and I stayed here for 6 nights during Spring break. Staff was very responsive and even made up a twin bed on the floor in the corner prior to our arrival. Portal windows were delightful, beds comfortable, room clean, friendly staff, location fantastic and themed decor tasteful. One block to subway, Chelsea Market and great restaurants. Only a few blocks to Highline and Chelsea art galleries.

Great place to stay near high line and city winery. It was a bit noisy at night. Honking was distributive despite being on high floor. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly. They provided ear plugs, and we used them. Didn’t check out gym because it was nice to be close to river walk.

Awesome staff and a wonderful location! The rooms are a great size by NYC standards. We had plenty of space for our luggage and didn’t feel like we were tripping over each other, which can sometimes be the case in the city. My husband and I both agreed that this is our new favorite in NYC - and we’ve stayed in almost a dozen different hotels in the city.
