Soho Grand Hotel

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in the grand terrace suite! It was our elopement weekend and the staff went above and beyond in making it special. When we walked into our room, there were bubbly and sweet treats waiting for us with a very kind note congratulating us! Leidy at check in was so a ray of sunshine (thank you for the music recommendations!). Tyra and Dani at the front desk were also very personable and helped us multiple times throughout our stay with a constant smile. Kelani was a massive help with our bags (a lot of DIY’ing happened over the weekend!). The room itself was peeeerfect - I mean nothing beats a bubble bath while watching friends. The terrace was perfect for taking pictures and offered a beautiful view of the World Trade Center. It was a bit cold so they arranged a heating lamp without having to ask. After our dinner, we went to the grand bar to celebrate with our friends and family. Great vibes and drinks, friendly and fast service despite it being incredibly busy. The hotel was definitely a fun experience. A great place to stay with friends. There is always music and energy and the service was amazing. Our server, Christian was attentive and kind. An extra special thanks to Anthony, the Lead Concierge for securing our dinner reservations and making the trip extra memorable.

AMAZING!! The Soho Grand is a very special place with a super cool vibe and friendly, helpful and kind staff. We have an annual family trip to NYC and always look forward to our stay at this fabulous hotel. Truly the best beds and bedding, delicious food, wonderful people and great location. Can't say enough good things.

A pet friendly and cozy hotel in a great location. My husband and I just returned from 5 nights at the SoHo Grand. We loved our stay there. The bed was comfortable, room was small but adequate and quiet on the 11th floor. Our view was of their huge dog park and up to the Empire State Building. Lovely! Unfortunately it was too chilly for us to take our small dog outside to the park but we saw lots of larger dogs enjoying it! We ate breakfast daily in the lounge/restaurant and it was fine. The diner is fun for lunch or dinner with a free juke box to play your favorite oldies! Friendly doormen helped with directions and chit chat. It was a great hotel!

I had a great stay in this lovely hotel. Friendly staff, good service and a very comfortable room - spacious, clean and a very good bed. It’s in an excellent location with lots of shops and restaurants and right near a subway so super easy to get everywhere. As a solo female traveller I also felt very safe. I will definitely stay again.
