Zillah at check in was amazing!! Went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my room. The music stopped at 10pm and it has not been loud in my room at all, even before the music stopped. After reading the reviews I was worried about the noise. But it is not an issue at all. The location is amazing and there is a subway stop across the street. I will stay here again and I highly recommend it!

We stayed at The Roxy to celebrate our anniversary and had the best experience! From the moment we arrived, Zillah at the front desk made us feel so welcome—she was incredibly friendly and attentive. Our room was spotless, and the bed was super comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy our stay. We also spent the evening at The Django for drinks and live jazz, which was such a fun and memorable part of the night. The atmosphere, music, and cocktails were all amazing. The Roxy really has everything you could want for a special night in the city—perfect for a romantic getaway or any special occasion. Highly recommend!

This was our third stay and as always everything was superb. The energy and overall vibe of the hotel is festive and lively. The entire staff is attentive a friendly and special kudos to Eillah at the front desk who greeted us with a smile and enthusiasm while calmly and professionally finding our reservation that seemed to have disappeared from the third party we booked with. She was attentive and efficient and in the days of dying customer service, she’s a bright light.

Fabulous hotel and breakfast - Tribeca! We are staying at The Roxy for a fun family getaway . The 2 room suite was very spacious and comfortable for 5. We loved the breakfast while enjoying jazz. Thanks to Leo for outstanding service and welcome. So many amenities - I highly recommend !
