Carlos at the daily breakfast buffet was very courteous and polite. He cleaned and cleared up our table very quickly and efficiently. He always greeted us during our breakfast. The front desk was also very friendly and courteous. Everyone made us felt welcome. Thank you Carlos!

This is a hidden gem. They deserve the high ratings they receive. We were able to use our suite night awards which gave us a large living room with kitchen, plus a spacious bedroom. The breakfast was good and changed every day, and Claudia brought me gluten free toast and a muffin each morning. Carlos kept the tables cleared so even though it was busy there was always an available table. Great location, clean, and well-maintained.

Great value for the money. Good location just a few blocks from a subway station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. A great free breakfast every morning. The people running the breakfast area do an outstanding job keeping it clean and ensuring the food is always available. Don’t expect high end luxury. But if you want a clean, friendly hotel in midtown, this hotel is a great choice. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location with walking distance to time square, St Patrick’s Cathedral and Central Park! Friendly staff, clean and well maintained property, great breakfast with gluten free options. Carlos and Carmen were absolutely amazing for our family breakfast!! Make sure to meet Carlos at the restaurant during breakfast!!
