We stayed at the Millenium Premier Hotel Times Square. Absolutely loved our stay here! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a friendly, happy face, Monique was ever so accomodating and helpful from the moment we arrived, this was such a nice way to start a trip. The rooms were super comfortable, with a bed that felt like absolute heaven after a day of exploring. While the breakfast was simple and grab-and-go, it hit the spot perfectly. We were eager to get out and explore Times Square and the rest of the city and it gave us just what we needed to start the day. Overall, a great stay in the heart of the city with everything we needed and nothing we didnāt. Would definitely come back!

i had such an amazing stay on my birthday and Trinita made it extra special by leaving me a nice suprise! this was my first time in nyc and she helped make it memorable by helping me and my grandma plan a special day and we had such an amazing time! thank you millennium!

All I can say is that Monique is amazing and her hospitality was wonderful. She went beyond and took care of me from the get go. Pilotās and stewardess were all backed up in our rooms due to plane and delays. She took it upon herself to take our bags, checked us in guided us to a few good restaurants and welcome us with open arms. We came back within the hour after eating our rooms, our baggage was already set for us. I couldnāt ask for anything else after a long day being in the air for over eight hours and being delayed in Chicago for three hours great hospitality. I give her 10 stars

A lovely smaller hotel situated above a theatre in the heart of Times Square. The rooms are modern, clean, spacious and quiet. Staff are friendly and welcoming, special thanks to Monique at reception who makes everyone feel very welcome and looked after. I would definitely return. There are several excellent restaurants right next to the hotel. All the top Broadway shows are with in a few short blocks.

Zero customer service and while we are here in the hotel for a week and for the first two days our room is not cleaned even once despite 4 reminders. The shower is not working, charging points not working! Extremely disappointed with the callus attitude and I donāt care posture š¢
