Loews Regency New York Hotel

Our room was comfortably large and appointed well with a tub and stand alone shower in the bathroom. The hotel is conveniently located to Central Park, shopping and great restaurants. It was easy to. Walk to my business meetings. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The concierge, Robert, made some excellent suggestions for shopping and dining. The restaurant in the lobby had a great selection of food and wine. The fitness center was well appointed and open 24/7. We would gladly choose to stay there again.

Centrally located hotel in midtown nyc. The bellmen are always friendly and helpful- somehow they remember your name. Check in is easy and quick. Large size rooms which are quiet. The spa is nice and there is a bar/restaurant on main floor which has a nice menu or great place for a drink. Top place to stay in NYC.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful and the rooms were well-appointed and beautiful. We enjoyed the 14th floor balconies in our adjoining rooms. We were pleasantly surprised at 11:00 am that our rooms were ready, so there was no need to use the luggage storage, and we proceeded straight to our rooms. The hotel location is safe, and we felt comfortable walking with our children both day and night. For further excursions the subway was very close and easily accessible to midtown and downtown locations. Central Park is just a quick walk away. We would highly recommend the Loews Regency for a family (or any other) trip. It exceeded our expectations.

The Loews Regency is everything you expect from a Loews hotel (beautiful, well appointed and infinitely comfortable) but what really stands out is the service. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and quick to help with any of my needs. I booked for the familiarity of the brand but will be going back for the top tier staff!

Always a great experience. The hotel has a great location, the rooms are very spacious, the restaurant and fitness center are just right. The place is always immaculate. But what sets this hotel apart from many others that have good facilities is the service. Everyone we encounter is sincerely, genuinely nice. Very accommodating when it comes to special requests. Those things make the difference in any hospitality experience. By far, our favorite place to stay in NYC.
