Hyatt Place New York City Times Square

Staff were helpful and kind, which is always a huge plus for me. However, I didn't love the location; and every time I entered the hotel, the lobby was a chaotic crowd of people. Roomed next to a loud family and didn't even go get the free breakfast because I couldn't face the noisy crowds again. Room was clean, staff were great and price was favorable; but tbh, I would probably choose a different hotel next time.

The hotel is noisy and overcrowded. The elevator clanked and moaned all day and night. The breakfast service was stressful because the lines were long, the seating sparse and the atmosphere was cramped -even during the posted "non-busy" times. The lobby was crowded day and night. I would not recommend.

Good location, staff, especially the concierge were amazing. Hotel was very busy, reception area felt like busy train station, bit chaotic. Lots of other chains on the same street that somehow had a quiet reception. Rooms are a bit small and tired, I would stay somewhere else if you were going to spend a lot of time in the room. Otherwise its fine for a short stay and the staff are great.
