Hilton New York Times Square

Had a wonderful stay on our 4 night theatre experience. Bobur took great care of us at 42nd and Sky Lounge every night post theatre!!! Would recommend the cookie croissant dessert, and a Negroni or two. The hotel was very helpful with having umbrellas available to borrow.

A very pleasant time at the Hilton Times Square. In particular, Bobur at the Sky Bar was wonderfully attentive for our entire stay. He also went above and beyond each night to make our experience truly exceptional. Top marks to all the staff!

Flakron in the breakfast brunch was superb. His customer service skills are excellent. All staff at this location go above and beyond expectations. We will be staying here whenever we visit the city. We can recommend this Hilton location without hesitation.

We took advantage of our credits to visit your lounge each evening of our 4 night stay Bobur provided great, friendly service each night. The food was wonderful. The front desk staff was helpful. Only one issue which was corrected - no towels or hair dryer when first arrived in our room. Also, great location.

I arrived to find the room that I booked was sold out. Then I was informed that since a travel agency booked it they don’t guarantee the room that I booked and paid for. I could have stayed in a number of other hotels if I didn’t care the type of room I wsnted and especially the number of beds. The front desk was totally casual about it - nope, don’t have the room type you booked.
