Crowne Plaza HY36 Midtown Manhattan an IHG Hotel

Kenny and Yoni were a pleasure to deal with. Excellent customer service. The room was great. Lots of closet and cubby space for clothing and other items. Bed was comfortable and room had a spot for office work. I will be returning to this hotel for my next stay in the future.

Gurmey is very cool and gave us a swag bag and offered bottle of wine but, my wife and I arent drinkers. Good to know this place has 5 star service! This hotel company is awesome please give these folks a night or two! Very fun atmosphere good vibes and energy!

Edris and Ray checked us in which made the experience very lovely from the start . We were greeted with warmth and professionalism and treated to a glass of champagne upon checkin. The room was just ok but the service was great. Thanks for the great stay!

I stayed at this property for two days, during Easter weekend, 2025. The staff are very professional and cordial. Rooms are smallish but well-designed and laid out. This block of 36th Street is somewhat drab but safe enough. There are several other smaller hotels on the block, so there is plenty of people traffic at night. The elevators are quick and efficient compared to many other places I've stayed in New York. I did not try the restaurant Burgerology. Highly recommended.

You can't beat this hotel's location. It's in the middle of everything and feels safe. The hotel itself is clean and the staff is very kind. I requested extra towels and received it within minutes. The rooms themselves are a decent size for midtown Manhattan. The showers were amazing. We came Easter weekend and they gave my daughter an Easter bag which was very kind. Shout out to the following staff members: Jose,Yoni, Rey and Andris who were very kind and welcoming. Overall a great hotel experience and I highly recommend.
