Club Quarters Times Square Midtown

Fantastic experience overall. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming as well as very accommodating. Kelly and the others at the front desk were there to help whenever necessary and helped mark a milestone birthday in a special way. The hotel itself is in a good location, near both Times Square and 5th Avenue as well as it being very accessible to subway stations. The room was a good size for NYC and the beds are very comfy. There is a lovely lounge area to rest in too with teas and coffees which is a lovely touch. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here on their trip to NYC.

Good location. The personnel is friendly. They have a nice area to have free coffee or tea with your lunch. There is a water station on the floor to fill out bottle. Parking not too far away and at discounted price when you stay at the hotel. Room and bathroom are cleaned and comfortable, small but comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful; I was flying in late and my flight was delayed so I was going to arrive after their check-in cutoff, and they extended their window so I wouldn't be stranded. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, no complaints whatsoever. The room is pretty small, but I was just using it to sleep, my days were spent out and about. I enjoyed my stay here, and will book again the next time i come to the city for a long weekend.
