Homewood Suites Melville

Had a TERRIBLE experience at this location that caused my family and I to check out less than10 minutes after checking in. Jessica Torres, the so called General Manager was rude and condescending from the moment we walked in the door. We had digital check in and walked up to the room. The hallways were dark and smelled like fish. As soon as we walked in the room, there were ants everywhere! My sister, who is a Hilton Team Member, went to get a physical key for the room and asked to add my name to the room just in case and Jessica’s response was to slide “the rules” for team members across the desk, tap on them and say “if you need a little reminder”. I REFUSE to spend my money on poor service and sub-par rooms. I travel weekly and stay at Hilton’s almost every time and I can’t think of a worse hotel or worse general manager. If you want to overspend for motel like accommodations, then this is the place for you

Front desk staff is very rude and cold, especially the female front desk supervisor. I called to ask a question, she claimed that she had an enormous amount if guests at the front desk,and hung up the phone on me very abruptly without even saying goodbye. Respect and hospitality is not their top priority

I and my friend stayed here for two weeks in March 2025 on a business trip. Great place with good customer service, spacious rooms, clean and hygiene, friendly staff, good breakfast, daily house keeping service, nice amenities like Gym and Pool. Its a peaceful place. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest! A Big Thank you to Mark and Jessica for their superb care and support!

The suites at this property are perfect for families. The staff is welcoming and attentive. Mark and Jessica work at the front desk. The addressed all of my requests and were so warm and friendly it made our time away from home enjoyable. I look forward to staying here again!!

We always stay in Homewood Suites in Melville NY when visiting family. It is conveniently located near the main roads, gas station, stores and restaurants. The rooms are clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Denise has been very helpful with booking our accommodations. Mark has been great and accommodating with our requests. It is always nice to have coffee/tea bar around the clock. We do enjoy the complimentary breakfast every morning.
