Location is good close to public transport and shops nearby. At night time little bit noisy from transport. Staff very friendly and helpful. Tv was loosing signal. Rooms are clean and quite big. Balcony of course is bonus but only problem from second floor my view where blocked by trees and other building on other side of street.

the hotel provides a great venue for wedding events, with amazing staff and service. It doesnt have a restaurant on site and is in a rather industrial location but once inside their Foyer, Banquet hall and the penthouse provided fantastic venue for my son's 3 day wedding events ( Henna party, Church wedding and Hindu wedding) . The view is stunning from the penthouse with Manhattan backdrop. We held an Indian wedding with the horse and the "baraat" outside on the street which was an extraordinary experience! The staff is very friendly, pleasant and helpful. The wedding coordinator team (Chelsey, Anna, Jadelyn, Miranda, and Joe!) were simply superb. I am very pleased and will recommend this team to anyone looking for a wedding venue

Bed is good to sleep in . Pillows are not supportive type pillows. Tried to use two pillows and still doesn't match supportive type pillows. Did not know you had a pool until this survey and would have used it for physical therapy. Bullet point of where everything like pool, spa, fitness center, golf with hours of operation and where within the hotel they are individually located.

Not family friendly! Location is horrible, after exploring and coming back to the room late this area is not where you want to be walking with your family. The hotel does not have ice or water fountains, no breakfast, no out of the room lounge area. They show pictures of a wonderful looking rooftop pool lounge area, that is only open during summer and is only 21 and up. The room lighting is very dark, the tv is so small, the pillows are very small. I would not recommend this hotel at all, if they were to offer me a free stay I would pass!

We went here for a wedding. It was absolutely perfect. The ambiance and atmosphere was incredible! The place has a modern cool vibe. Great views and perfect decor. Staff was so friendly amazing and welcoming. Food was fantastic! We were so impressed with the whole experience!
