Aloft Long Island City Manhattan View

We were here for the half marathon and we were quite delayed due to traffic. The people at the front desk were so accommodating in extending our check-out time. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean and the neighborhood was great. Easy walk to great restaurants.

This is the third stay for us in Aloft LIC. I have to say, it has been so consistently satisfying. First off the staff are the warmest and most accommodating that I’ve ever had in a hotel stay. For me this is so important because it sets the tone of your stay; on how relaxed and comfortable you will be. The rooms are always impeccably clean. The entire space itself is hip, energetic and at the same time family friendly. The location is perfect. Foods, bars, shops, groceries etc are all walkable. The subway is less than 5 mins walk and will take you in the main areas of the city easily. The absolute best part is the VIEW. You wake up and sleep with the view of manhattan. Recommending Aloft Hotel 5/5.

Excellent hotel and staff. Very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and well priced. Our family felt at home there. The hotel is conveniently located near multiple places to eat and sights to see. We'll be coming back to stay again. We highly recommend staying here.

Worst bagels in NYC limits. So bad as to be disrespectful to the guests. So bad they should be illegal. They're small, hard hockey pucks, but less tasty. The rest of breakfast isn't too good either, whether included or paying separately. It's a pretty nice hotel. The building is tall, with 18 floors. Great views, rooftop access, but long wait for elevators. Much of the staff is very friendly and nice. Some are overbearing. It would be a big help if they answered the phone.

The Aloft Hotel had the perfect location! A couple of steps away from the subway and i could literally be in Manhattan within minutes! Amenities were great and the staff were really professional, helpful and courteous! Rooms smelled really good and very well-kept! A lot of surrounding restaurants and groceries within walking distance. Atmosphere is great not only for business professionals but families as well!!
