Baymont by Wyndham Latham Albany Airport

For your safety- DO NOT STAY HERE. This place was beyond filthy and disgusting. I booked here because of the airport shuttle, which when I called for pickup I was told we could not utilize because so many flights had been delayed. Ours was one of the delayed flights and I was traveling with my two sons, ages 3 and 1. We wound up checking in after midnight. The beds seemed okay and I got my kids to sleep, when I went in the bathroom I was HORRIFIED. Mold. Moths. Hair and grime from the previous guests. MOUSE POOP in the shower. This was 1:30 in the morning, we had no car to go anywhere else, my kids were asleep and I felt completely defeated. At 5am I went to the front desk to show them the conditions of the bathroom and was handed a bottle of spic n span to clean it myself. Two days after we left my one year old starting vomiting and having diarrhea. I filed a customer concern with Wyndham corporate. However, this is a franchised location and Wyndham corporate can’t/won’t do anything to hold them accountable. In an email response to my concern, the manager denied any of my findings were even real. I have been trying to reach this individual over the phone for a month and he won’t speak to me. The Albany county health department said they “knew the location well” when I called in. Seriously, this place needs to be shut down, it is a health hazard.

We arrived at the hotel only to find that their breakfast is actually a bag even though it is advertised and pictured as breakfast. Our room was on the 2nd floor, we entered a dark dirty hallway that led to the 2nd floor and when we opened the door the hall was filled with flies, smelled of marijuana and there was filth and trash all over the hall. We immediately came back downstairs and demanded a refund. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT stay at this property.

The carpeting was riddled with pet hair, the in-room coffee was all decaf, the bathtub water faucet was very hard to open, the sink drain was completely rusted, the Marijuana smoke was all over the hallway. Pretty nasty place for the price.

people living on 2nd floor very noisy all night no supervision,ther is nothing but a coffee maker in the breakfast room no cups got to go to the desk for them and have to ask for there bagged breakfast with a mini muffin small water a little thing of apple juice and breakfast bar not whats in there picture the place is completiy empty only a coffee pot

The beds and climate control were fine. I didn't use the shower. The continental breakfast did not exist, and checkout was just dropping the key in a bowl. I couldn't find a desk clerk to ask a question bat that time.
