We went for one night, and we enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were just what we needed, the location was good, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent (many options, pleasant staff). The only thing that was disappointing was the front desk. We arrived right before check in (which is 4pm) and there was no one at the front desk. We waited 5 minutes while watching a basketball game. Finally I called the hotel and after 5 rings someone picked up. I explained we were waiting and they casually said, oh yeah, I will be there in a moment. Then someone came out and did not apologize and acted very indifferent. Barely got eye contact. Not a good first impression, luckily the staff at breakfast were very sweet and friendly.

This hotel was exactly what we needed at a difficult time for a two night stay. I want to especially highlight our experience with Mira at the Front Desk.I stopped in ahead of our expected check in time and she had a room ready for us - a one bedroom in quiet corner near the stairs and the door. She did a perfect checkin. Greeting by name, thanking for loyalty, providing a lovely gift bag with a hand written note from her. Her review of the amenities, breakfast timing etc was terrific. She confirmed our late checkout and proactively redid our keys. We have almost 1800 Marriott nights and it is still a pleasure to have such a professional person at the Front desk. Our room was clean and everything worked. Location was convenient for the places we needed to be. Thank you MIra!

We had horrible water damage in our condominium and needed a place to stay while the reconstruction was going on. I had seen the Residence Inn many times, but has never gone in. From reservation to check out we were there a month. Everyone was wonderful and very helpful. It was the ideal place for us because of the kitchen, living room and bedroom set up. Breakfast everyday was provided along with maid service every other day. We are in our 70's and has trouble with the Wifi - sure enough the wonderful Operations Supervisor Tarik Milton who was off duty and suppose to go home, came to our room and made sure we were hooked up and educated! He was so helpful, above and beyond the service you get elsewhere. Mark Graham the General Manager checked up on us and made sure we were doing well, along with Mark Graham. It truly was our home away from home. We were so pleased with everyone we encountered. So... we highly recommend this wonderful property. They turned our nightmare into a terrific dream. Thanks to everyone there.

We stayed here before without any issues. This time, the room had toenail clippings in the bedroom. Also, there was no soap in the shower. I had to get dressed to go down and get some soap. When I asked for soap the representative told me that they don't give discounts to people that book a room using a third-party website. I said, "I'm not looking for a discount. Please give me soap." Last time we stayed here we were given a bag with two bottles of water and some fruit. We saw the bags behind the desk and asked if we could get a bag like last time. We were told that those are for the guests that booked a room directly with the hotel and not through any third-party website. So, we are treated like second class citizen because we booked our room through a third-party website. If a company doesn't like the rates they need to publish on third-party websites to be competitive, then simply don't use that service.

We had a great two night stay for a wedding. We arrived very late and someone was there to greet us. Beds were great. Breakfast was good. I heard the train but it wasnât bothersome. Clean. Nicely appointed. Would definitly stay again. Love the Residence Inn Brand.
