Clarion Pointe Jamestown Falconer

This Clarion hotel is rated barely 1 out of 5. Disgusting toilet seat had blood stains. Towels smelled. Shower curtain was dirty stained at the bottom. Bed covers had pubic hair woven in the fabric. Beds looked slept in. Rooms stunk disgustingly dirty. Like dirty sweaty people had occupied them and the hotel had never cleaned or ever vacuumed. Some 10 or more youngsters hanging out in the front like it’s there backyard playing rough in front of the main entrance and playing loud music. You had to dodge them to get inside. Ghetto! Maids and front desk receptionist looked unprofessional. Ended up staying only 1 out of two nights couldn’t take another night. Worst than a dirty motel. The sad part is we booked two double beaded rooms and paid $700. Horrible! Come to find out from the locals this hotel had been used to host homeless people. Didn’t even think about having breakfast there if I couldn’t see myself sleeping another night. Bad I image for Jamestown! Just prayed we didn’t catch something or get sick by staying at this dirty hotel!

Very clean, comfortable, and well cared for. It is evident that management pays attention to detail. Easy check-in/check out. Beds were very comfortable. Good breakfast as well with good choices. Lots of restaurants nearby. If we go through Jamestown again, this will be our first choice.

The bed was very comfortable and the towels were the softest I may have ever experienced at a hotel. The breakfast was good, the fitness center was adequate. It has nice decor and was fairly quiet. Easy to get to off the highway.

I was pleasantly surprised at the nice condition of my room. I was on my second full day of driving across country. I was tired and was hoping that my room would be clean and the plumbing functional. My previous stay in a hotel in Kentucky was not those things. This place was very clean. The water was hot in the tub and shower. The bathroom was clean and the staff was pleasant. I slept well. It was quiet and I was warm in the bed. The breakfast was nice. It's been a while but I told the manager I would leave a review. I would definitely stay there again when I am traveling. I can be sure to have a good night's rest in clean and decent room.

I stayed at this hotel during a recent hockey trip to Jamestown. The hotel (now known as Clarion Pointe) is easy to get to and conveniently located to downtown Jamestown. We arrived late that night and the front desk attendant was friendly and quickly got us checked in for a good nights sleep. The bed was very comfortable and the room had all the important amenities. A great place to stay in this area.
