I had a good time at the hotel it’s not the first time I come here always have a nice service here. The rooms are clean customer service is very good. the bartender at the M Club he’s really nice and helpful he’s name is Junior no unit 5 starts for him thank you

From the front desk reception to the breakfast buffet experience the service and friendliness was exceptional! Sean especially in the breakfast buffet was very helpful and friendly. It was a pleasure to be served by Sean and Rose. When I checked in early, Emily was most pleasant and impressed me with her efficiency and enthusiasm. After 19 hours of flying and airport time, this was most welcome. Please recognize Sean and Emily for their outstanding representation of excellent Marriott performance. Congratulations to the staff and management of the Marriott Residence Inn - JFK Airport on a truly outstanding job! Whenever I return to the NYC area this hotel will be my number one choice.

The front desk staff each day was very nice and helpful. The rooms were nice and the bed comfortable. The breakfast each morning was fresh and good. Our Hospitality Ambassador Keylester was very nice along with the others. We had a nice stay at The Residence Inn.

The staff is always pleasant here. The rooms are clean. The food is delicious! It offers a variety of snacks and drinks. There is a bar located in the lounge as well. The lounge is open even on the weekend. Always a great time staying here! Highly recommended! My husband and I enjoy our stay here!

I have never felt more welcomed by any staff as a whole, then I have felt here at the Marriott residence Inn. Immediately from the first day I arrived, my family was greeted, accommodated entertained and comforted in our time of challenge by not only one but all of the front desk, Associates, including the operations manager and the security. Not only were they pleasant that day, but they continually found ways to make us feel welcomed, thought of, and appreciated. Emily, Caralina, Dwight and Ryan are amazing. Each of them shines with their own personality and professional professionalism on a daily basis. The breakfast team was notable as well on multiple occasions. Every single time, without fail, they have delivered a clean and delicious breakfast experience. From the head chef to the servers and the attendants, I’ve watched silently as they maintain the facility with pride, they present the food with care, and they are warm and genuine every single morning. As an operations and hospitality manager for over 15 years, having trained thousands of employees and managers it is refreshing to see a staff so cohesive, well picked and well lead. Frankly, they have restored a portion of my faith in the hospitality industry. This is why people go out and spend their money and time with their family in new locations and facilities-they want to experience the newness of the locale, as well as the homely sense of accommodations. I have stayed in a lot of hotels in the last decade and by far this has been one of my best experiences.
