Red Roof Inn & Suites Herkimer

My company has been staying here for well over a year now while we work on projects close by. The people have always been great to us but this past week was exceptional. One of my guys hurt his eye and didn’t want to make the 4 hour ride home on Friday. I followed him back to the hotel and got him checked it with our contractor rate. Lynn was at the front desk and helpful as always. He planned to go to urgent care up the road and I left to start my drive home. A few minutes later as I was driving through town. I saw my coworker in the front seat of Lynn’s car. She was taking him to urgent care!! Unbelievable employee you guys have there. I hope she’s commended for this above and beyond move. -Chris

We booked an overnight stay for a funeral. Although the room was small , all the amenities we needed were easily accessible. The bed was comfortable and there were 4 fluffy pillows on the bed. Breakfast was available starting at 5:30am and the area where it was served was quite clean. There was a wonderful variety of breakfast items. The hotel personnel were wonderful and helpful. We would not hesitate to stay again.

My wife & I were passing through and needed a place to stay for the night. It exceeded our expectations. Extremely affordable, clean, modern, and the staff was friendly. Continental breakfast offered a nice variety & coffee flavors. Recommended.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. BeekA in the breakfast room was great helping us find locations in Herkimer for all our needs. They made sure we had the room we needed for our elderly mother. And the location was exactly what we were looking for.
