This was the nicest experience. Retro ambiance with all of the modern comforts. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly and the stay was very comfortable and easy. I will definitely return to the Inn at Great Neck when I am in town.

It's a beautiful space. BUT: The doorknob on the INSIDE of my room was completely detached. It took me a few minutes to manage to get OUT of my room. What a huge fire safety issue. It had clearly happened a long time ago and no one repaired it. Also, the heat was set at 75 degrees - which is way too hot for us. I kept lowering it, but it kept going back to 75 degrees. I asked friends in the morning, and they said they had the same problem. I had an awful night of sleep.

Very nice front desk staff! My room was available early! Room large ( we had a basic room) with Keurig coffee maker ,refrigerator desk and chair. Daily housekeeping. Very clean and quiet. Did not use the gym- can't say how it was. Saw a bar in the lobby- looked very nice- a number of people were sitting around!

Good hotel! The rooms are very large and the staff super friendly. The hotel is very convenient to the UBS arena and there are some shopping/food options to walk to. I would stay here again. However the gym is pretty pathetic. Parking is easy a well.
