Motel 6 Elmsford NY White Plains

This hotel is terribly overpriced for what you get. We were traveling for 3 weeks hiking the Appalachian Trail and tried to find inexpensive places to stay. We paid $122.50 for a room with no hair dryer, microwave or fridge. On the way through Virginia we payed $67 at a Motel 6 with all those amenities and It was nice and very clean. While the location in NY was pretty close to The Blaze and Sleepy Hollow it seemed run down and dirty. I always book a non-smoking room because of allergies, I was given a smoking room that smelled horrible. I asked to change but was told there weren’t any non-smoking rooms. The girl at check in was not helpful and cannot be heard or understood behind the glass.

Thus hotel was great for our stay. Great priced and excellent customer service. Especially Serina who helped me when I reserved it. All the staff was so nice when we were there. Its close to gas station stores and good food and bar. Would stay there again

I stayed here for almost 2 weeks and was very happy. My room was very clean, bathroom was immaculate. The back window was not securely closing correctly upon my arrival, within 10 min. the custodian came to my room to secure it. Rooms r redone and very updated. I would recommend this motel to anyone that wants a quality stay for a cheap price with great service from the staff. Serena is the manager and she is great. Thank You for a very pleasant stay,
