Motel 6 East Syracuse NY Airport

I don't get all the negative reviews this place is getting. I didn't go here expecting a whole lot - it is Motel 6 after all - but this place greatly exceeded my expectations. The room was spotlessly clean with fresh sheets on the beds, a sleek vinyl floor (if you want a carpeted room, go elsewhere) and a decent bathroom too. It looks like the place keeps the interiors up to date and does the necessary painting, upkeep and replacement before things get too worn. The flatscreen TV worked great, as well as the air conditioner and wifi. Everything I needed for a decent night's sleep and to be comfortable. You want anything more than that, go elsewhere and pay more. McDonald's is nearby for breakfast. The Motel 6 chain doesn't have the greatest reputation in my mind but I would be just fine with staying here again.

We were in Syracuse for a concert at the Oncenter and had no clue it coincided with Parents Weekend at Syracuse. It was hard to find any hotels that did not have exorbitant rates, which is how we decided to stay at Studio 6. The parking lot seemed a bit small but I liked that the lobby was bright and welcoming. We had to use stairs to get to our 2nd floor room (apparently no elevator). But our room was bright and smelled clean. Mattress was very firm, which was nice, although the pillow was a bit too firm. Shower worked great. Room amenities were sparse but adequate for our one night stay. Restaurants are not close by. To go anywhere it seems you need to negotiate a large and somewhat confusing traffic circle. If it wasn't for the traffic circle I would consider staying here again but that traffic circle was like my worst nightmare.

This hotel was where a friend and I stayed on the second night of our vacation. The room was in decent condition. It was fairly clean, and the bathroom was pretty nice. The employees were friendly enough. The beds were comfortable. No frills here, but it will do for a place to sleep for a reasonable price.

This place was awful it stink like dogs after I purchased my own cleaning supplies smell still was there looks nice but it’s very yucky ppl walking threw the hallway like it was a homeless shelter floor was slippery like a roller rink just please spend more money don’t do it spend the extra 20.00 n go someplace else this place deserve a negative 0 I added photos they never came n cleaned my room ask me did I need towels it just was a ghetto experience

absolute worst place ove ever stayed! first off the rooms are nasty, second the shower wouldnt work and we asked if they can fix it and apparently "they had no tools" third when we asked if they are going to clean the room they said they only clean every second day. ours lools loke it hasnt been cleaned in months but heres the best part... had a weird rash on my arm and turned put the place is infested with bed bugs!! highly recommend stayed as far from this place as possible! when brought up to their attention they said there is nothin they can do for us... just disgusting
