The place is a mess. I was told I couldn't have towels unless I spoke to the cleaning people the next day to have them set aside for me since I wasn't going to wait in my room or let them in my room. The outlets in the hallways are broken so don't bring kids. Well paper is peeling and it hasn't been thoroughly cleaned since it opened. My room was disgusting it was filthy and I bought wipes to clean it. The headboard head fingerprints on it, there were pubic hairs in the shower and in the sink. The baseboards have never been wiped down in our room. The standing lamp had something spilled on the bottom of it that has never been cleaned up. There were no privacy curtains that closed they were only shears and they were brown.

This place does not deserve any stars. I'm currently staying in this dump because it was to late to book another place and get a refund. Let's start with there's $100 additional incidentals. This place can't get any worse. The rooms are very dark. There's no ceiling light in the bathroom. The light is around the mirror and it's very dull. The room is very dark with cracked up lamp shades that does not match the lamp. The dresser is missing handles the curtains are stained. The ottoman leather is cracked and need to be replaced or thrown out. And the view is trashed it appears that people walk behind this hotel and drops their trash. As soon as I checked in and walked to my room I immediately smells the strong scent of Marijuana. I went got the front desk person he came and said he smells it but he couldn't give me another room. There was a dog in the room next to me that barked all night. The walls are also thin because this is a old hotel I could hear a man snoring all night. This place is antiquated I'm not sure about the other reviews but I would eat any of their breakfast. That small area look dirty. I slept on top of the covers because I'm afraid this place might have bed bugs. I saw junkies staying in here as well. This is a very low budget hotel. I will never and would never recommend this place. Stay at your own risk

The rooms were clean and well-kept, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to stores and restaurants. I would recommend staying at the La Quinta Inn in Williamsville. We will stay at La Quinta Inn the next time we travel to Buffalo.

Room showers have a big water leak. Was reported but the customer service at the hotel explained that could not be fit since this was part of renovation construction problems. Room service only cleaned the trash can but never fix the bed blanket. I had to request the room service after the third day of stay since was not cleaned. Room service need improvement.

Great place, comfy bed and smelled clean. Breakfast was good as well. For the money it was a great value. Bathroom shower was a little small and the water could have been a touch hotter for my liking but other than that everything was great. Would stay here again.
