Extended Stay America Suites Buffalo Amherst

Sad, sad and sad! I should’ve booked at the Hyatt house and had a microwave and mini fridge! This “suite” was very sad and the kitchen supplies they provided are really bad. All I could do was boil water. The rooms smelled like motor oil and other people are smoking cigarettes in their rooms in a non-smoking hotel!! I can’t wait to leave.

I arrived at the hotel at 4 am and wanted to pay for a night (I was planning to stay for only for a few hours and then continue my trip). The clerk said that since it was early check in for the following day, i had to pay $10/hour for early check in plus the following night rate; the total amount was equivalent to 2 full days...even though I stayed only 4 hours. Very disappointed with this service! I do not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Really good price staff was really nice. I stayed an extra day and they were really helpful when it came to checking in and letting me keep the same room. More amenities than I expected. Would stash here again.

To Lori Kercher. Nancy and I are members of 2 makor Hotel Chains. I had to select a place where i would get my care while having to have nursing care and theraphy.We are glad that we selected ESA Amherst NY. Lori and her staff have gone out of their way to provide us with all our needs.I would recommend this place to anyone and would give it a 5 star rating Thanks again Lori for all your help. Needed somewhere to stay for about a month having built in kitchens and utensil pots and pans made my life easy for that month staff was very friendly and helpful the whole time whenever we had an issue they took care of it in management was very very respectful
