The front desk people were wonderful. They were caring and prompt to help! They were kind and respectful. However, the carpet outside the room I stayed was incredibly dirty. My bathroom wasnât spotless. I would say the overall cleanliness was not that good. To end in a good noteâŚ.The bagel for breakfast was very fresh and delicious!

I booked a hotel for the evening and they lied on their booking. I had a cancellation and an email and the receptionist refused to give me a refund though I didnât even say at the hotel. Waiting on my money back now. I wouldnât trust them because they are false advertising to make a quick buck

The facility is clean and with exceptional staff. Overall, it was a pleasure stay. However, were some inconsiderate guests who heavily smoked CDB, spread strong undesirable odor, and triggered the fire alarm for hours. I suggest make these type of guests pay extra or not allow to stay. I understand CBD is legal in the city; but it must be contained; therefore, others are not affected.

It was small which I expect for NYC, check in was easy and downstairs is a small hang out area with water, a TV, magazines and a spot to charge your phone. The room wasnât the nicest thing in the world but not disgusting so for NYC on a budget you can certainly make this work.

Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was cute, but our room had towels with holes in them and dirt all over the floor. The dirt was so bad that it covered our black socks and the bottoms of our black suitcases. We were also shown a room with the trundle bed option, which was great. However, the trundle mattress is only 2 inches thick on top of wooden slats and it was extremely uncomfortable so it wouldâve been helpful to know that beforehand. Overall is fine and it was one of the more affordable options in the area so that is appreciated.
