Hampton Inn Brooklyn Downtown

Many people complain about poor customer service, but few take the time to recognize good customer service. I want to highlight the excellent work of Fletcher, Kim, D.K., Kila, Manny, Katherine, and Luka. They were all polite and professional during my stay. Each of them did a great job addressing my concerns and always greeted me with a smile. The staff members are knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. It was a pleasure to interact with them. This team deserves special recognition for their professionalism. It is refreshing to see such dedicated employees. Thank you to this loyal staff for their hard work and excellent customer service. I truly appreciate all of them.

Great place to stay in Downtown Brooklyn. Beds comfy, room clean and staff are very, very friendly. We stayed 4 nights as tourists. Much cheaper than staying in Manhattan. Breakfast was a basic buffet but was ideal start to the day, especially considering it's free. And free coffee/tea all day long. Would definitely recommend 👌

The hotel was very nice and located in the perfect area for walking to restaurants and the Brooklyn Bridge. We met Kila and Jasmine and they were very professional, friendly and helpful. The breakfast served could have been better but the wings at the restaurant on site were tasty.

My room was renovated and clean. The employees were all friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy and warm and there was good lighting in the bathroom. Also the desk was roomy enough to do some work and the WiFi worked well. Room was decent sized too, and I never heard noises from other rooms. Good jumping off point to all parts of the city, and safe. You can walk to wegmans or trader Joe's as needed and there's local grocery nearby even closer. Would happily stay here again. This didn't bother me, but the side of the hotel that faces flatbush expressway can be noisy, even as I stayed on the 12th floor (2nd from the top on my side, there's 2 different elevator banks). The honking really picks up around rush hour times. Didn't interrupt my sleep but if you're not used to city noises, the other side of the hotel might be better for you
