A really nice hotel. Quiet rooms, comfy beds, and a nice view of the river. The place was very busy and yet you feel so separated from everyone when you’re in your room. I would stay here again. They also have nice amenities. And it’s close to a lot of food places.

Great stay. I paid to get a suite as I was doing pregame entertaining in my room. It was a nice size, had plenty of seats. I liked the breakfast credit and the cookies were great. The main elevator is down one, but they have a service elevator you can use. I wish they still gave you the newspaper. Staff was very friendly and Josh Pappas, the shuttle driver, is the best.

The room was clean and comfortable, check-in was smooth and painless. Warm chocolate chip cookies are a great greeting. A few negatives: One elevator has apparently been broken for over a month, so be prepared to wait. Parking isn't particularly convenient. And the location isn't convenient for travelers (I don't know how it is for those whose destination is Binghamton). I would stay there again.

Nice hotel, clean and spacious room. Access to great gym. One of the elevators is under repair. Prepare to wait several minutes to use the elevator. Hopefully the second elevator will be in service soon. Towels are thick and bath products are Crabtree & Evelyn.

Stayed four nights here. Super comfortable bed and room. Quiet. Nice staff. Only one elevator which caused a problem during peak hours. Our room had a great view of the river and town - but windows were filthy so effect kind of lost. Overall good - would stay here again.
