Homewood Suites by Hilton Albany

Rooms are just what I wanted for an extended work stay in Albany. The staff is friendly and helpful. I look forward to Wednesday night Bingo! The hotel is always clean and inviting. I would highly recommend Homewood Suites by Hilton in Albany because of the comfortable rooms and attentive staff.

Never witnessed the manager and staff cleaning snow off the guest cars after an overnight snow storm, impressed! It’s clear the management takes pride in their property and it shows. The grounds are keep clean and tightly. The rooms are clean and they address issues as they become aware. My stay was over 5 weeks here and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location to anyone staying near the Albany airport area. The breakfast had variety, Wednesday night socials was an event I looked forward to not break up the monotony of the work week. Thanks for making my stay away from home as pleasant as possible.

Breakfast was not great at all . If I could give zero stars I would. I've stayed here in the past what happened to the other female cook Sasha? You guys always let go wonderful employees. Everything was always on time and delicious. I will not be returning.

Everyone and Everything about this hotel is WONDERFUL!!! The hotel staff is top notch, from housekeeping to kitchen to front desk, they all aim to please!! It was wonderful to be treated as a GUEST, to receive the amenities that go with being a guest, such as daily housekeeping, done expertly and delicious food served at breakfast!!

I cannot express enough gratitude to the staff at this hotel, particularly Manager Angelo Cisario. After my stay, I realized I had forgotten something extremely valuable in the safe. Living 3.5 hours away, I was worried about how to retrieve it. Angelo went above and beyond by promptly notifying me and offering to ship the item back to me, which he did with care and professionalism. Beyond this extraordinary act of honesty, the hotel itself is impeccable—clean, accommodating, and a place I feel I can trust completely. This experience has earned my highest recommendation. I would stay here again a million times over without hesitation. Angelo, thank you for your hard work, honesty, and outstanding service. You’ve truly set the bar for hospitality!
