The room was comfortable. The shower was really slick. I almost fell twice. The casino is pretty crappy. The bar/lounge wasn't open at 4pm on a Saturday. I booked and paid for 2 rooms for one night. They charged me for 3 nights. We'll see if I can get my money back from them.

I rate our recent experience as q minus 1. We stood there in May of 2023 and the room was decent the young man at the the front desk was polite and professional, we went back in September of 2023 to a very different scenario. The woman at the front desk was very rude . The room was filthy the sheets had what looked like dry blood or human waste whatever it was in was very disgusting. The staff didn't seem to care they did get us another room with clean bedding but acted like we over reacted regarding the dirty sheets and filthy room . Will never go there again. The young man working the front desk at checkout was the only positive part of our stay. We have yet to hear back from the manager regarding our concerns. Wouldn't recommend this motel at all.Tried to include photo of the soiled sheets on the bed but system didn't allow.

Very old casino. The hotel is a haven for drugs and crime. Staff lacks professionalism and knowledge of the area. I drove further north to Espanola and was greeted by a much cleaner, classier casino.

Desk clerk was rude at check-in. The A/C in the room was noisy, loud, vibrated, and continuously spewed some type of mist, it was awful! Needless to say, we did not sleep at all. Have stayed here many a time and never encountered this before. Very disappointed. 😞

We were in Santa Fe, NM to sing for a Wedding. We booked 5 rooms. Three of the rooms had bugs on the pillows and one room had a man's soiled underwear on the floor. When we reported the bug issues to the night clerk, her response was: "Nobody else has complained about bugs". We received a refund for the room with the soiled underwear ONLY. This is what you get for trying to SLEEP CHEAP. DO NOT STAY AT THIS BUG INFESTED HOTEL.
