MCM Elegante Lodge & Suites Ruidoso

Stayed here for a conference, check in process went smooth. Staff very welcoming at arrival. Upgraded my room, i didnot ask and not sure why but very kind to do that, my room was outstanding, great view, comfortable. Lobby is very well done. Hotel was very quiet. Plenty of parking, Breakfast was outstanding. Buffet, eggs to order. Even had posole. Everyone on staff from front desk to maint to custodial to dining staff were very welcoming, always greeting me. I will be back.

We have stayed at many Marriotts and Hiltons, but found that the Elegante Lodge beat them both. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linen was extraordinary. We were next to the elevator, but the room was very quiet. We heard no sounds from other rooms or in the hall. The thermostat control kept the room at the perfect temperature. Small design features, such as the makeup mirror in the bathroom, instant hot water, etc., were wonderful and much appreciated. The generous breakfast spread - included in the price of the room - offered many options and was delicious. Each member of the staff that we interacted with made us feel like home. David J

I am a tour director for motorcoach company, and we had a group stay in January. Met as we arrived with keys and luggage assistance and a friendly smile. Beautiful property with a bar on property that served delicious pizza. Excellent service from start to finish.

MCM Elegante in Ruidoso, NM is a beautiful, caring, comfortable and wonderful place to stay in beautiful Ruidoso. The room was very clean and the beds are super comfortable. The cute bar and happy hour were so much fun and the staff made the evening joyous and fun. Breakfast is a very special experience and the food is amazing. They made homemade red chili and posole. The chef, service and team are extraordinary. I love this lodge and hotel and will be back often. Thank you, Elegante!

Had a great experience, the staff was friendly especially the Cooks in Morning! I've stayed here many times and will continue to stay here! Every evening the Lobby is a great place to sit and enjoy a drink from the Bar. During the summer and spring time there is an amazing sitting area outside to sit and watch the Deer and Elk walk by.
