Hotel Ruidoso Midtown

Spent last 2 weeks there. Staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to help you out. Location is excellent. Close to many restaurants and midtown stores. Just remember to share the sidewalk with the elk and horses. Will definitely stay again.

Our stay here was wonderful! The staff at this hotel is outstanding, our check in was breezy, we got to town a little early and swung by to see if we could check in early and Shadow at the front desk made accommodations to get us in right away as we had a very long drive. During our stay the housekeeping staff maintained our room and kept it well stocked with all our necessary amenities, we were greeted with pleasantries in and out of the hotel every day, and on our way out our son was so sad to leave that he was throwing a tantrum in the lobby, fortunately for us we ran into the housekeeping supervisor, Heather, who pulled a cute little sticker out of her pocket and gave him a smile that cheered him right up. This type of kind-hearted staffing is what puts you above the rest. We'll be staying here again the next time we're in Ruidoso.

We went on a road trip from Texas to California and stayed at Hotel Ruidoso on our way with our 9 rear old and our puppy. We had a wonderful stay there. The room are very clean, bathroom was big and clean too. The staffs at the front desk were very friendly. We accidentally forgot our crate and 3 blankets for our dog after checking out, I contacted them, their manager Michael replied me super fast and helped me to send them back to Texas. I really appreciate his kindly help. It was a 10/10 experience at Hotel Ruidoso!

Wonderful place to stay. The staff is super nice and hotel is very clean. Special Thanks to Shadow and Brandon for always going out their way to keep us up to date on the restaurants and events. Even the General Manager is super nice and doesn't mind vacuuming and cleaning when needed.

Brandon at the front desk was very personable and helping. The rooms were nice and clean. I had my brother coming in late and requested that Brandon save a key for him at the front desk. He did and my brother got in our room with no problems. I didn’t have a chance to check out the pool but it looked nice.
