Heart hotel, great staff, great food and restaurant! Servers were amazing , shout out to Shannon, she was amazing and attended to our party of 10-12 people for all breakfasts ! Wonderful front staff! They were all helpful , also the pool is amazing !

One of the best hotels in New Mexico. We never go through Las Cruces without staying. The rooms are fantastic, some with excellent reviews. Be sure to ask the front desk for restaurant suggestions, or dine at the hotel's own restaurant, which is very good.

The room is spacious and very well equipped with keurig coffee and tea. We had lunch at the Cantina and the people working there couldnāt have been more friendly! Louie made us the most delicious mango cucumber margaritas and we had nachos that would have been enough for 4 people.

Such a great hotel! The staff is fun, responsive, and friendly - especially Louie! The mango cucumber margarita is perfection and the nachos were delicious. The lobby is pretty with a cute gift shop and fresh fruit water at reception and the room is large with good coffee (a must). Highly recommend ā¤ļø

The service at the Bar & Restaurant was excellent! Great food & drinks!!! Louie was awesome, he was so friendly and we enjoyed our conversations with him. We would definitely recommend Hotel Encanto to anyone and will stay here again in the future.
