Days Inn by Wyndham Gallup

Thank you the stay here in gallup nm days inn.. for sure I'll be coming back soon.. no problem s and parking was good.. breakfast was very good, nice to wake up early morning for the great breakfast.. thank you.. again , for sure I'll be letting people know to stop here for a stay.. thank you

This hotel is the worst I've ever stayed at in my 50 years of existence.Human trafficking is a horrible problem, and your management and team obviously knew it was happening and did nothing about it. I spoke with other guests and they were extremely upset and didn't get sleep as well.I'm sure they made complaints because one other guest was up at the desk when I was complaining about the human trafficking and the drug deals, the xanax problem.

No hot water. The heater didn't work. Not important at this time of year but during winter you would be in trouble. Also... I arrived at 8.45 pm to a locked door. I - and others - waited half an hour until someone turned up. The bathroom also has the worst stucco I have ever seen. It looks like a bunch of people spat at the wall and then painted over it.

never go to that hotel, lot of home less people fighting just outside your room. I went with my family and seen nasty stuff outside and homeless people fighting . my son was afraid and we immediately went to the front desk and complained, the cops came after few minutes. they said cannot cancel. very rude staff. never go .

Rooms were rundown. room had no cold water, bathroom door would not close & door to room would not close properly. Our truck was broke into and we got no help from the owner. His response when we call to ask about security camera footage was "I'm sleeping " and hung up on us. Talk about unprofessional!! I do no not recommend anyone stay here!!
