Motel 6 Deming

First time staying at this Motel because I didn't get one in Columbus on time. I have a vendor truck with a bed and wasn't allowed to park here. My step kids came to use the restroom and the front desk white lady came rushing to tell me they had to charge me more because cameras saw extra people. Then she called me again to tell me they could stay in parking lot, they had to get another room. I was only going get 5 hours of sleep and ended up getting 2. Also room felt overpriced even though I got some sort of late-night discount.

Drove from Pasadena it was 2am super tired I made the reservation online didn't notice the date & booked it for the next day. Sandra went above & beyond normal customer service to help us figure it out I wish I would of gotten the name of the pregnant girl who was working as well she was super friendly & helpful as well! The room was clean comfortable bed would totally stay here again

nice clean rooms front desk person was great gave me a great price i opted to stay an extra day. i will definatley come back and stay again sometime soon. Super friendly and professional. Make you feel like family here

I stayed for one week in room 110 of this newly renovated motel, with new laminate flooring, freshly painted walls, and remodeled bathroom. As I was leaving, they were preparing to replace all the mattresses with name-brand pillow tops and all the furniture as well. When traveling, all I am really looking for is a clean bed and bathroom. My room was very clean and comfortable, and came with a microwave, fridge, cable TV, and WiFi. The owner/operator was very personable and always available. I missed having a coffee maker in the room, and I had minor issues with the key-card, but no big deal! Because the accommodations were just fine for me and the price unbeatable, this motel was the best deal in town! I would easily stay there again!

I normally like Motel 6 because they are affordable, consistent, clean, and convenient. NOT this one! I booked on the mobile app for a room with one bed. When I arrived, they told me they did not have my room type and upcharged me to stay in what they said was a room with two beds. When I went to the room, it had only one bed. It was also extremely hot in the room but the air conditioning didn't work. The room was also stinky and I noticed the smoke detector on the ceiling was covered in plastic. Weird. I went to the front desk and asked for a room change which they denied. I then called Motel 6 and was connected to group reservations (I was not travelling with a group). I finally got customer service but - after asking for help - was put on hold and then disconnected. Nobody called me back. I asked if I could cancel and go to another Motel 6 up the road. The hotel told me that after 15-minutes, no changes or cancellations were allowed. To make matters worse, the room was dirty. The property is in disrepair. It was a long and miserable experience.
